Description:

Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as ONWASA) to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove the existing 40KW generator and fuel tank, permanently install a new 30kw generator and a new three (3)-day fuel supply tank at ONWASA’s Hidden Oaks Pump Station as specified in this Request for Bids (hereinafter referred to as RFB) until 2:00 pm on June 20, 2023, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. All work is to be performed at the Hidden Oaks Pump Station located at 304 Ashley Meadow Lane, Jacksonville, NC 28546. This is an informal request for bids, and the bids received will not be public until the project is awarded.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.

Special Requirements:
A mandatory site visit will be held at Hidden Oaks Pump Station on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 10:00 am to allow prospective bidders to physically inspect the work location before submitting a proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visit shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
