The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as ONWASA) requests proposals for Agricultural Mowing at the North Topsail Beach Wastewater Treatment Facility in Onslow County. Proposals will be received in the ONWASA Finance office at 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville NC 28540 until 2:00 pm February 2, 2024.

Proposal pricing must be made on The Proposal Pricing Form provided in this document. The Proposal shall be signed by an officer or officers, authorized to execute legal documents on behalf of the Contractor.

Contractors are notified that NC General Statutes will be observed in receiving proposals and awarding contracts.

A mandatory site visit for all bidders will be held at the North Topsail Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant at 1095 Hwy 210, Sneads Ferry, NC on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 9:00 AM. This will allow prospective Bidders to physically inspect the work location before submitting a proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visit shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
