Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to include all labor, equipment, and materials for mobilization, drilling, sample collection, well construction, well development, aquifer testing, wellhead completion, site restoration, and demobilization as specified in this Request for Bids until 2:00 pm on July 27, 2023, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is an informal request for bids, and the bids received will not be public until the contract is awarded.
NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.

A mandatory site visit will be held at 6661 Wilmington Highway, Holly Ridge, NC 28445, Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 12:00 pm to give prospective bidders an opportunity to physically inspect the work locations prior to submitting a
proposal. Bidders who fail to attend the mandatory site visits shall have their bids rejected as non-responsive.
