The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority is seeking qualified consulting firms licensed in the State of North Carolina to provide professional engineering and other technical services necessary to update and calibrate the Authority's existing Water System Hydraulic Model, then utilize it (and information gathered from other efforts now underway) to assess system performance and make both short and long-term recommendations for operational changes and/or capital improvement projects that will support existing and anticipated future potable water demands. Work will be performed under a standard Agreement Between Owner and Engineer (the Contract). To be considered, submittals must be received at the Authority's Central Office Complex, 228 Georgetown Rd, Jacksonville, NC., 28540, by 4:00 PM on August 25, 2023.
