The Onslow Water & Sewer Authority invites professional consulting services firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for consideration to provide engineering and other technical services necessary to assess the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) applications and hardware now in use by the Authority and make recommendations that will be used to initiate a systematic and coordinated upgrade for both the Authority's water and wastewater facilities. Interested firms qualified to perform work under this RFQ are invited to submit their qualifications for consideration to provide such services. To be considered, submittals must be received at the Authority's Central Office Complex by 4:00 PM (EDT) on July 21, 2023.
NC Certified HUB Vendors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.

Firms responding shall be licensed and responsible for complying with North Carolina laws, regulations, and local ordinances. Any firm wishing to be considered must be currently registered with the Office of the Secretary of State and with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.

At the completion of the RFQ process, the Authority intends to enter into a standard-form Agreement Between Owner and Engineer (the Contract) with the single firm determined most qualified to provide the services specified in the attached Exhibit A - Scope of Services. The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any and all responses to the Request for Qualifications, and accept any responses that may be in its best interest.
