ADVERTISEMENT FOR RE- BID: Barnhill Contracting Company, Construction Manager at Risk, will receive sealed proposals for Craven County Courthouse – Phase 3, on Wednesday August 30th, 2023, by 2:00PM for the following SCOPES OF WORK: BP-210 Deep Foundations, BP400 Turnkey Masonry, BP-500 Structural & Misc. Steel, BP-1250 Window Treatments, BP-3290 Landscaping. Scopes of work may be added and/or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager.

Bid Location and Time: Barnhill Contracting Company will receive, open, and read publicly all bids received at the 406 Craven Street New Bern NC 28560, Administration Building 2nd Floor Commissioner Room on Wednesday August 30th, 2023, at 2:00PM. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. No facsimile or email submissions are permitted. Sealed bids are to be hand delivered to the bid opening location noted above by 2:00PM on Bid Day.
