RFQ: Special Inspections and Construction Material Testing for the Craven County Courthouse Renovation - Phase 3

Craven County is accepting Statement of Qualifications proposals for Special Inspections and Construction Materials Testing Services to provide complete special inspections and construction materials testing services during renovation and construction for the Craven County Courthouse Renovation – Phase 3 in New Bern, NC. The project consists of partial demolition of the existing building, renovation of the existing building, as well as new construction.

Firm evaluation/selection will be determined based on, but not limited to:

1. A brief description of the firm and its program of services with emphasis on the firm’s history and resource capability to perform the required services.

2. The project team and the individual qualifications of the members of the team.

3. A list of recent related project experience.

4. Outline the proposed services for the inspections & testing, and any other services necessary and/or required to complete the work.

5. Any other information that might be relevant to the selection process.

6. Additional references.

Craven County reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all responses to the Request for Qualifications, and to accept any responses which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Craven County.
