Craven County seeks to establish a contract with an experienced consultant to provide Emergency Management Consulting Services to the County. The selected Contractor will define and execute services in support of emergency management preparation for and recovery from disasters, both natural and human-caused. The primary focus and responsibility will be in support of the Solid Waste Department operations, but services may be expanded to encompass other County activities and departments as required.
It is the intent of Craven County to allow local governments and other governmental agencies within its jurisdictional boundaries to utilize the contract by entering into a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement.
