Description:

The Craven County, North Carolina, Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the master planning, infrastructure design and construction management for approximately 48 acres in the Craven County Industrial Park located in Craven County.

Craven County is requesting statements of qualifications to enter into a planning, design and construction management contract for the master planning, infrastructure design and construction for a portion of the existing industrial park. The portion includes parcels ID’s 8-217-1-009 and 8-217-1-010 and includes approximately 48.22 acres. Access for the site will be from North Industrial Drive. The property abuts North Carolina Railroad Company property, but no rail connectivity is planned. These services will be implemented in two phases.

Only written questions will be considered formal. Any information given by telephone will be considered informal. Any questions that the County feels are pertinent to all proposers will be mailed as an addendum to the RFQ. Fax and e-mail messages will be treated as written questions.
