NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed quotes will be received from vendors, on January 5, 2023 at 3:00 pm in the Craven

County Administration Building at 406 Craven Street, New Bern, NC at which time they will be

publicly opened and read. They can be hand delivered or mailed to:

Quotes shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of body scanner for the Craven County

Sheriff’s Office. Bidders shall be advised of the results. All questions must be submitted in writing to

cwilkie@cravencountync.gov

The quotes shall consist of a new (not refurbished) body scanner per the specifications below. All

vendors must comply with General Provisions attached.

No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60

days.
