Pender County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from NC licensed Architectural/Engineering firms to design a new Library that will meet the needs of Pender County and its residents for the future. The Library is estimated to be approx. 20,000 square feet and located on Hwy 17 in Hampstead. Click here to view the full RFQ .
