Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services
The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals that will enable the City to determine which Company and Proposed Solution will best meet the City’s needs for maintaining and repairing elevator units using trained personnel. The Services will include inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and if conditions or usage warrant, repair, or replacement of various elevator parts. The selected Company will be responsible for providing the City with 24-hour, year-round services to ensure that all emergency needs are immediately met.
This RFP targets City of Charlotte-certified, Small Business Enterprises (SBEs). The City of Charlotte also welcomes submissions from interested parties that do not fall into the aforementioned City-certified category.
