The Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), a City of Charlotte department, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies interested in providing professional, well-trained, reliable, and effective security guard services at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. These services must align with Federal guidelines concerning airport security and the operation of a fully certified large hub commercial airport.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held at the CLT Center on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). Attendance to both the pre-proposal conference and site tour are mandatory for this RFP. Proposals will not be accepted from companies that don't attend.
Pre-Proposal Location: CLT Center 5601 Wilkinson Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28208 Please check-in at the front desk in the CLT Center lobby. **IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ.** Attendees will be accessing the secured area of the airport on the site tour. All attendees MUST be pre-screened by CLT. Attendees must submit the required information to be pre-screened by November 21, 2022 at 5:00 PM ET (please read RFP document for details). Attendees who have not submitted the required pre-screen information by 11/21, will not be permitted on the site tour, and will subsequently be disqualified from submitting a proposal for this RFP. |
