Sealed bids for construction of the Ephesus Elementary School Structural and Site Drain Repair, will be
received via electronic mail, addressed to Jessica Hill at jhill@moseleyarchitects.com, until but no later than
03:00:00 p.m., local prevailing time, March 19th, 2024.

The Work generally consists of removal of existing exterior concrete sidewalks, gravel, and asphalt,
replacement of existing site drain and sewer lines, coordination with Owner’s helical pier subcontractor,
patching and point up of cracked brick and CMU mortar, interior painting, and installation of new
concrete/asphalt where removed. This works involves adjustments to adjacent landscaped and play areas,
and so also involves some replacement of landscape timbers, fencing and playground mulch.
